  • 250 Speedway back open for 2018

Well they're back open for this year. Good for them hope things work out. They're pretty isolated relative to the remaining Ohio tracks.

Cadiz speedway.......... You'll have never heard of before most likely due to divisions they've run. Think started as kart or mini track but uncertain. Largest car I'm aware they've raced is modified.

I think I've also seen it listed as Wagner 250 Speedway (the family that owns it). I'm glad to see this though as last I had heard the property was allegedly sold for mining. Their classes are Modifieds, Super Sports, Challengers, Compacts, Enduros, and Mini Wedges.

I hope they do well but I'm nowhere even remotely close to it so probably will never attend a race there. I don't travel further than 1 hr 15 for a race typically. Think only time I've driven further was Eldora and it's because I met up with my dad first by driving out of the way from Dayton.
