Wish they had more Ohio Races, but the Renegades seem to be using the same type of plan the Outlaws do, which is race at a wide variety of tracks, regardless of whether or not they have a weekly 410 show

Thought it was a very good show which had a great turnout of fans and a very good car count with quality cars as well.

Congrats to Dale Blaney again for kicking butt at Attica at a big event. Also congrats to fellow All-Star Cody Darrah for taking the top two spots for the All-Stars in the WoO event which should help the All-Stars getting some good pub and showing they have a competitive series with some good cars/drivers.

Pretty good showing for the FAST/local guys such as Rob Chaney coming away with a pretty nice check taking home 9th spot and $2,050.00. Caleb Griffith, Craig Mintz, Byron Reed, Cap Henry, Dean Jacobs, and D.J. Foos for making the A-main.

A good mix of cars from different series for the A-Main with 11 WoO drivers, 5 All-Star drivers, 7 Local/FAST drivers, and 1 outsider/invader.

Surprise of the night seeing Brent Marks in the pit area and thought that was great to see, but wish he did better though so maybe others will try next year. Curious if anybody talked to him and his plans for the weekend if he was going to try and run both All-Star shows or hit the WoO show on Saturday night or hit Wayne County and go back to PA?

Planning on making it to Millstream on Sunday and hoping the weather cooperates this weekend with some good winged sprint car series in the area (WoO's and All-Stars).

Is the only one in the area (Northwest Ohio) which is sad.

Attica had a packed house and (IMO) if they wanted it should try and get another WoO race during the year which I don't know if they would want a fall race or not? Also would be nice to see other tracks in Ohio get a WoO date as well. With the fans and car count of 410 sprint car racing in Ohio that is the only way to bolster the sprint car scene and getting attention around the country when the WoO's come to town. Would like to see other tracks in Ohio get dates besides Attica, Lima, and Eldora as well ... such as Atomic and Fremont, etc... The problem with having more than half of the Ohio WoO races at Eldora your not going to get the locals to show their talent as well because they don't usually attend those events or not many of them.

That spreads the dates out and all around Ohio as well so people can see the competition level and how many different sprint car tracks have good 410 sprint car racing in Ohio. Not sure if tracks like Wayne County or Sharon could handle a WoO event or even want one, but would be nice to see more tracks with a date. Also for that to work you would need the locals and All-Stars to help these events by attending them and competing against the WoO's as well.

Just look at all the races that other areas battle with the WoO's:
              California ...14 dates/8 different tracks.
              Pennsylvania ... 10 dates/4 different tracks.
              Iowa ... 8 dates/4 tracks.
              Ohio ... 7 dates/3 tracks.

I would like to see around 10 dates and 5-6 different tracks in Ohio. (Attica, Lima, Eldora, Fremont, Atomic) ... then if a place like Sharon/Wayne County could handle an event to get the eastern Ohio sprint car scene some attention with help from the western PA sprint car drivers/teams as well. That also might get more drivers/teams from outside the area to attend these events?

I understand you have to go where the promoters want you, but some of the WoO's dates just don't make sense to me especially when they go to a track and see less than a full field of cars (In the Plains/Canada area) at an event. I realize that might help build the sport in those areas, but it takes away from the strong areas of 410 racing such as CA, IA, PA, and OH.

Foos had a bad fast car til he got stuffed in the wall by a fellow FAST car.

Risk vs Reward. An Outlaw event is a huge up front investment for a small track...like Waynesfield for example. The deposit and advertising costs are not cheap and you are at the mercy of Mother Nature. She doesn't give refunds for those costs when it rains out. Neither do the Outlaws. Attica & Fremont have an agreement on their dates so they don't over saturate the local market and both get a huge crowd when they have their shows...again depending on the weather. They can absorb the loss a lot better than many other area tracks if the rains come. The cost of putting on an Outlaw event is roughly double the cost of an All Star event. If the fans pack the place it averages out and pays off. A place like Waynesfield doesn't even have enough seating to cover the cost. Atomic could do it. Wayne County could probably do it. Limaland does it...and you left them out of your track count above.

Heartbreraker for Foos (and Jacobs) for sure. I felt so bad for them and the teams...and I know Deano sure didn't mean to pinch him into the fence. Both had GREAT runs going and DJ was passing Dean for 3rd place...at an OUTLAW show. Epic! Then it was disaster for both because Dean pulled off a few laps later after he dropped about 15 spots...obviously bent or broke something when they made contact.

Why was a teenage girl doing the winner's circle interview? Liskai is a professional announcer. He should have interviewed Blaney and the girl could have held the smart phone. Is this girl the next Jamie Little? Is her WoO gig a stepping stone to the NASCAR network broadcast big time? I predict that in ten years she will be reading the news in Little Rock Arkansas.

The "OHIO POSSE" defended its turf. Its kind of like when the PA posse beats the outlaws.

                            Ohio ... 7 dates/3 tracks.

CAL is only the size of about 10 states on the east coast. I would imagine if and when the world of outlaws want to have some weekday shows they might talk to some smaller OH track.

Just a question why did Attica run the Late Mods before the World of Outlaws? Just a question.
