Currently it is forecasted for 50degrees for the high and 28degress for the low with only a 10% chance of rain. Anyone know what drivers might show up on Saturday? Probably will go no matter what but its always nice to have an idea of who might be there in the first place.

So I heard all kinds of hype about there being a race at Atomic Speedway leading up to the event on Saturday. Haven't heard a word since. How many cars? Who won? How was the opening night?? Is it a secret?

They should try for Saturday if Friday doesn't work out ... Saturday is suppose to be a nicer day and they could always start a little earlier as well ... say 6ish?

                        From their web site: www.atomicspeedway.net

We are going to take Mother Nature's hint and CANCEL for this Saturday March 29th. We have watched the weather all week and Saturday keeps getting worse day by day. Currently they are calling for a 60% chance of Rain Friday and a 90% chance of Rain Saturday with temps in the low 40's. With our early start times, we wanted to make the call early and not put teams traveling in a bind.

With the cancellation, we will combine EMS/FD/PD Night with Dollar Dog Night on April 5th. $5 General Admission for EMS/FD/PD plus Dollar Dog Night, should make for great savings all the way around.

The web site dosent show Sprints Sat April 12th at Atomic Speedway, but the schedules we had made does. So it was decided to run all 5 classes, Sprints, Lates, Mods, Street Stocks, and Sport Mods on the 12th. Sorry for the inconvience and hope to c ya there Thanks

It has been along time since I was there last. Hope to see some good racing at a track I use to love to visit and a bunch of guys that I haven't seen in along time as well. The 410's should be a pretty good show tonight.

Looks like several guys are using it as a "semi-test" session for Knoxville. Jason Meyers, Chad Kemenah, etc...
